Clip the wheel driving past this bollard

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3628973.
The bollard as you turn right from Pickhurst Lane onto Hayes Hill Road has scrapped the wheel of my car. The bollard is severely damaged with some of it coming away further into the road creating an obstacle for drivers. You can see that a number of cars have obviously hit the same spot over time which is why the bollard is so damaged and warn. The road is very narrow to come into, especially in the mornings as the road is used to park on either side. It can get very congested and therefore getting through the road is sometimes a real challenge however careful you are. This is exactly why my car was impacted, I was trying to make space for an onward car whilst trying to stay clear of the bollard - it’s not easy and creates an unnecessary hurdle. This is the second time I have hit my car on this same bollard recently. I have attached some pictures which shows the extent of the damage to this particular bollard. Please can someone have a look into this as a matter of urgency as I pass through this route several times a day and don’t want to experience any further stress or further damage to my vehicle, or to other road users.
