Abandoned open back truck filled with fly tipping

Reported via desktop in the Obstruction to Highway category anonymously at 11:27, Friday 1 July 2022

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

The vehicle has been abandoned on the side of the road but as it is an open backed truck/lorry it has attracted masses of fly tipped rubbish which has spilled out onto the road and pavement - it also has had 2 shopping trolleys put next to it also full or rubbish - it is an eyesore and has been there for weeks. Please remove it - it will be attracting rats and it's unfair on the neighbours having this in the street - one of whom is my daughter and family - there are nice houses on this road and this is unhygienic and unsightly and dangerous. Please act!
