Public Health Pest is a government term to define those animals which the Local Authority has powers to act against through such measures as bait traps or pesticide.
Foxes are not defined as public health pests and as such Bromley Council has no powers with respect to foxes.
Securing waste to prevent wild animals from accessing and scattering the rubbish can help to prevent such activity.
State changed to: No further action
