Wiring between flat and butchers. Butchers says wiring not theirs.

Thank you. I will make a note of that for future reference. Is all telephonic infrastructure on the street the property of Virgin Media or are there other companies that own some boxes or wiring?

There are green telephone connection cabinets owned by BT and green cable TV cabinets owned by Virgin Media. The wiring here is related to Virgin Media cable connections.
