I’m sure this bin doesn’t get emptied, I go to the park every day, I go through the entrance next to this bin, it’s always full, and always has loads of litter around it. I asked the cafe owner, he said it’s not his bin, and it’s always full, and he doesn’t see anyone empty it.. The rubbish ends up inside the park and in the ponds .. I’m always picking up rubbish from within the park entrance and having to find another bin to put it in..

Still full up and falling out everywhere, this is 36 hours later….. 🤷‍♀️
