Flytippung of leaf litter and rubbish bags

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

Very Large pile of leaf litter and around 10 black bags of rubbish left on the edge of the pavement for the last few weeks.

Piles are onthe opposite side of the street to Elmers End Free Church and #13 Goddard Rd
