A large cherry tree outside 28 Manor Way BR3 3LJ and opposite Kelsey Park depot has died. Over time branches will become brittle and liable to breaking and falling on the footpath. This is a potential hazard to pedestrians and parked cars durin high winds. Can the tree be replaced?
