Dead cherry tree likely to bcome dangerous

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3651333.

A large cherry tree outside 28 Manor Way BR3 3LJ and opposite Kelsey Park depot has died. Over time branches will become brittle and liable to breaking and falling on the footpath. This is a potential hazard to pedestrians and parked cars durin high winds. Can the tree be replaced?

  • Thank you for your enquiry. We are aware of this issue and the tree is due to be removed, the completion date for the work is 26/07/2022. A new tree will be planted to replace it during the next planting season which will be October to April.
