Every year this couple - who spend all day everyday tending to their front and back gardens, show antisocial behaviour by failing to cut back their overgrowth into the street causing inconvenience to people and especially disabled people trying to get past on that side of the pavement.

For overhanging vegetation reports please allow 28 days for the responsible party to arrange action before notifying us of any continued obstruction.
