• We do not believe that this work has been carried out. The trees are still overhanging at the front side and back of the property. There are no leaves so it is not as noticeable but in the Spring it will be evident again.

  Would be interested in seeing the work report and photographs. This will again show no work done.

• Site visit undertaken and contractor instructed to return to cut back further branches at front of property. Thank you for your patience whilst we work to resolve your enquiry.

• This has not been actioned. The tress at the front of the house are still overhanging the front garden and the trees at the back are overhanging the house.

  If the work had been actioned this would not be the case.
