Toilets

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3665764.

A large yellow hose attached to a tap and the tap was running which the toilet was flooded. think it was the ladies' toilet. the hose was outside the block. there was a group of boys hanging around. the door to the toilets was wide open , lock was broken and needs to be locked
