Tree blocking all light into my house and branches hanging into pathway

As you can see it’s 7am and my kitchen is completely dark due to the tree which is base right in front of my home is it blocking all light into the front of my house so my home is always very dark in the morning at night is worst also the free branches are overflowing into the path way with is obstructing the pathway.
