Whilst the tree has been cut down, a foot high ‘stump’ remains, so no ‘grinding out’ let alone replanting has occurred: how does this reconcile with the ‘Appropriate action etc....’ statement above made at 09:50 on Wednesday?

My apologies the enquiry is taking longer than first hoped to resolve, the enquiry was accidently closed down in error. I have chased this up with the contractor who is due to return to site to grind out the stump. The new report no.: 414740 created for the same thing will be closed down as a duplicate. Thank you for your continued patience whilst we work to resolve your enquiry.
