Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

Signs left on pavement after works, one is on Pickhurst Rise at this location and the other is on the pavement opposite on Pickhurst Lane. Please remove.

    An over run fine has been issued to Thames Water. They will continue to receive daily fines until their signs have been collected.
