Constantly overflowing bin

Reported via mobile in the Public Litter Bin category anonymously at 13:23, Tuesday 26 July 2022

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

People are using this bin for household waste. My dog tore a bag open this morning and was eating a used tampon. It's disgusting. This is a constant problem with this bin. The crows also throw all the rubbish everywhere. It smells horrible. Could we not have an animal proof dog poo bin instead of this? Always Mcdonald's rubbish and household stuff being thrown in here. It really is a problem
