Pavement outside 79 Brabourne rise is damaged, cracked and dangerous following damage caused by residential work at property.

We have received notice that the works are complete and all intervention issues addressed and will remain open until a final inspection is completed.

The site has been checked and all areas of intervention repaired and safe there are cracked slabs that are not of intervention There will be no further works at this staged or on this enquiry as there is on going building works which may result in further damage and will be monitored on a regular basis and on an upcoming annual safety walk to do a final assessment the damage has also been reported to our enforcement department.

I have updated this enquiry there is no intervention areas left and no further action from a minor works perspective at this stage as due to on going private works and the possibility of further damage which will be monitored on a regular basis
