Dumped rubbish

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3715740.
There used to be 2 large bins for the restaurant etc to use there are now 5 which are overflowing and rubbish is continually be dumped in the area. Please can this be investigated.

The bins as of this morning are overflowing. Other stuff dumped there too..mattress. Close to restaurants too so rats could be a problem.It looks awful..Tuesday 2nd Aug

Thank you for your report. The domestic refuse for the flats above shops took place on schedule last week. Additionally, at the time of the visit, the commercial waste has been collected and the containers returned to the point of storage on the private service road. The affiliated businesses will be approached further should containment of waste become a recurrent issue that is likely to cause littering on the public highway. Any accumulations of bagged or bulky waste is the Landowner's responsibility to clear. Should any built up waste form an accumulation that becomes a concern, this can be reported to EHTS.customer@bromley.gov.uk for our Public Protection Team to investigate and engage the Landowner.
