The paving has raised considerably outside no 46 and is a trip hazard. Also, overhanging branched from tree on public highway

I have been informed that this problem has been resolved . These photos show the result of work done. Totally unacceptable and has created a further trip hazard. In addition the pink slab is loose .
Is it acceptable that workmen leave such a mess on the highway? Shocking
