Outside 22 Mayfield Avenue there is a tree where the basal growth covers the pavement and prevents pedestrian access.

Resident called to chase, states contractors been in the area several times and this has not been actioned.

The roads of the whole area have been recently surveyed with a number of routine maintenance works raised which the contractor has been undertaken. The contractor has been instructed to carry out the basal/lift of the tree implicated in the enquiry as a priority. Thank you for your patience.
