Running water / burst pipe

Reported via mobile in the Pavement Defect category anonymously at 21:48, Thursday 4 August 2022

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

A pipe has burst underground of someone's front garden and it's pouring out through a broken wall crack. It's cascading down the public pavement and steps to the side, making it dangerous to walk on. Plants and moss have started growing. It's the front garden of some maisonettes so we're unsure of who's responsible to fix it as it could be communal pipes serving bunerous homes. Thames water were contacted but they didn't fix it. It's a danger on a public pavement and a waste of water.

  • Thames water are not fixing this or responding to complaints. It's now cascading down the road and making large puddles. It's gotten much worse. The council should chase this as it's damaging their property. The steps are hazardous
