It’s been over a week, the water is still pouring out of this drain and running all down Old Hill, Chislehurst.

A dab of blue paint does NOT mean this has been fixed!
This comment is wrong....

Thank you for using FMS, the drainage assets have been attended to by our drainage contractor, further investigation work will take place in the future using cctv. All investigation work has to be completed by the same drainage crews that deal with all cyclic drainage issues, emergency call outs, pre-planned drainage operations and ad-hoc call outs such as this enquiry. It is for this reason that a date for cctv cannot be given as it has to be planned in parallel to the previously described works and we do not do them in the order reported, but in the order of the degree of urgency.
Therefore non-urgent cctv work may take some time to complete but remain on our list of outstanding drainage works. I thank you for your patience and understanding on these matters.

Still open, via questionnaire -
So sorry for the lack of update, CCTV was carried out on the 20/09/22 - the drain was found to be clear of any major obstacles such as roots, however, a small amount of silt was cleared from it and the gully is operational.
This report is now closed. gp
