Flytipping

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3738820.

Massive amount of flytipping that started a couple of weeks ago when there was a skip for reroofing a nearby house. Problem keeps getting worse with rubbish added almost daily. Please fix before it turns into a hygiene issue (esp. re. kids + pets).
