Litter covering pavement

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

Foxes have got to several bin bags just dumped on pavement and large amount of litter covering pavement, meaning I am unable to walk with my buggy there

  • It's still there and I've just seen a rat around it. This is disgusting. Please get this removed ASAP

  • This has still not been fixes. Please advise how I can escalate this as its been attracting rats for 2 days now and is absolutely disgusting
