The pub Carved dive are leaving food waste on the floor and cans of oil. There is also a Thai restaurant called Nami a few doors down. They are pouring oil, fat and liquid food waste down public drains along the back of East Street. All of this is amounting to a huge number of rats in the area. It is also highly dangerous that food is being poured down public drains.

There is a lot of rubbish, food waste, beer cans and plastic cups dumped between a wall and fence. The wall and fence are located at the back of richer sounds & residential flats.
The waste left there has been left there from the pubs customers. As in the summer they allow people around the back. But they do not offer any public bins for waste. They also do not look after there space.
This has made rats to nest in between the wall and fence. They are growing at a alarming rate.

There is a rats nest behind a wall & fence located at the back of richer sounds. It is also located next to an empty carpark. Where rats have been seen running in & out of. Is a massive problem because they are gowning in size & they have more than doubled in numbers. It also dose not help that the pub Carved dive & other restaurants has been leaving waste laying around. But the pub Carved dive has been letting the customers out the back use that area in the summer. So things like beer cans, food, plastic drinking cups & other things get dumped. A lot of this waste is dumped behind the wall & fence by these customers.
This has become such a big problem that rats are now nesting between walls. Which as you can imagine is upsetting the area & the people that live in the flats above the pub & richer sounds.

There is a not of food waste, rubbish, beer cans etc. That has been left between a wall and fence. It looks like this kind of waste has been left behind from the pubs punters. The wall is located behind richer sounds. In the summer the pub uses the back area for there customers, with no bins offered out the back.
This has caused the rats to nest in that gap.

As the issue concerns rubbish on an area which is not public highway or is regarding pest control this report has been passed to Environmental Health to investigate and is now closed on FixMyStreet. For information, enforcement action against rubbish will be taken depending on the nature of the accumulation. Bromley Council only have powers to enforce the removal of rubbish which contains material that could attract pests or pose a risk to public health.

The rubbish between richer sounds & an abandoned car park, is sandwiched between a brick wall & a wooden. It looks like the wooden fence needs to be taking down & is apart of the reason for the accumulated rubbish. The abandoned car park is now a construction site, which has a lot of left over rubbish & it isn't being looked after. On top of this it doesn't help that the restaurants & pubs customers. Have been leaving rubbish behind this wall.
Is there any way someone could get in contact with the construction site workers? To get them to clear up the rubbish there side & possibly get them to remove the rubbish behind the wall. As it dose look like it is part of the construction site. The construction site/ car park is located on south street right next to the fire station.
