Burned fence panel left in alley

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3753277.

The house beside the alley from the avenue to baths rd has replaced a fence panel and left the old burned panel in the alley. I moved it to one side as it was across the alley.
