Large manhole with water causing damage to layby

Reported via desktop in the Road Defect category anonymously at 10:05, Monday 22 August 2022

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

Sorry to re-open this but the recent TW works that closed the road did not touch this issue/location that I had been reassured it would. In the current climate why are we allowing water to run across the road without it being fixed? The water is causing damage to the road surface around the layby with potholes starting to form as a direct result of water ingress. I have reported this defect numerous times both to TW and the council without a final resolution. Please can I have an update as to where we are with this issue.
