Broken bannister and guard rail to steep steps

The guard rail is broken with exposed timbers and wire and nails on the public footpath and steps that leads into Jugg Hill woods at Sunningvale Avenue with junction of Christy Road . In low light conditions and / or wet weather this creates a significant risk of harm to walkers
