Broken cement around pavement cover on pavement causing tripping hazard

The damage to paving cement has been there in the last two weeks and it causes a tripping hazard

  • Blonde female maintenance worker left the gate to Stanhope Recreation Grounds wide open as she drove in whilst dogs were playing in the park. When I told them they had left it open and dogs could get out, they did not seem to care. Other dog owners also came to say that they should shut the gate, they eventually agreed. Number plate is WC19 RZJ. This should be common practice to shut the gate as it leads out into a busy road.

  • Resident is not happy that it is closed. she states we could have picked up the cement which we haven't as it is scattered all over even if we weren't going to fix it. however she says there is a trip hazard as we wouldn't have put cement around in the first place, it may not be a trip hazard to pedestrians but it is to disabled people. please re investigate and pick up the cement
