Rotten tree outside 11/12 worbeck road

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3804425.

A huge part f this tree broke off yesterday evening and was sitting on the paveement today. A neighbour has cut this down and removed as it obstructed the walk way. The whole tree appears to be rotten and is fragile. Can it fully be removed so that people are not at risk on the enxt windy day
