Building Waste

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3812587.

High Street shop workmen building an extension to a nearby restaurant are dumping building waste onto the Cinema fire escape exit land. It stinks and is an environmental health hazard. It's been there for a week or so.
