  • The identified repair is one that will be undertaken by our Property Maintenance Team and not via the Parks Service. The necessary works order has been raised with them and entered into their ongoing works schedule. While we do not have details of timeframe for these works, it will remain on our list of requested tasks to be closely monitored until and after completion.

  • Sorry you cannot close as job not done..... Reported 10 Sep Chased 31 Oct Chased again 26 Nov Now 6 Dec and now 4 of the 5 ceiling lights in ladies toilet do not work. Something must be wrong with your contractor reporting system. Please investigate and take action. ''' Passed to our prop main team contractor for routine ...etc'' is clearly not a proper response in this occasion...Many thanks and look forward to your reply.

  • Hello....as one of Friends of Willett am trying yet again to see if we can get lights repaired in the pavilion's outside ladies public toilets. None now work and it is now 4 months since we first reported it. In Dec you thanked us ' for our patience'. Even if it was lowest priority across LBB it would surely have been done within 4 months. You keep closing the case. What do we have to do ???? Many thanks.
