For overhanging vegetation reports please allow 28 days for the responsible party to arrange action before notifying us of any continued obstruction.

  • The initial action was taken forward for the reported column 71-B-34, the further information with the photo showing asset 71-B-33 as the affected column was not picked up at the time, and in taking forward that action now it has been necessary to restart the process and timeframes anew.

  • Column 34 is mapped on our system as on the opposite side of the road to the intended column. The column in your image is mapped on our system as 71-B-33 and action has now commenced at this location.
