Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

This seems to be caused by a leak from a pipe which has been like this for at least the 3 days as that's when I first saw the water here. But today it seems to have developed into a considerable pot hole which has taken a chunk out of my tyre as well as damaging my wheel. Even though I drove through it at 5mph maximum
