Water coming out of CaTV manhole cover. Whole manwhole appears to be full of water.

Reported via mobile in the Pavement Defect category anonymously at 14:11, Fri 23 September 2022

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

Water is coming out of CaTV manhole cover. Whole manwhole appears to be full of water when you step on it, more comes out. Was like this whole of August during the dry spell too. Note it's not from the rain, although that makes it flow down no 12 lynwood Grove's driveway. Regardless of rainfall, the pavement is now permanently covered by a large puddle and the grass verge permanently soaking so people have to walk round it often into the road. It's also starting to create subsidence in the paving
