Please note that further damage has occurred and work has been undertaken without consent to the property. Concrete edging has now been removed and taken away when I specifically advised that wasn’t agreed and I expected property to be made good not further damaged. I am completely shocked by lack of regard to property and further damaged caused. I have not been informed of proposal to rectify damage and now expect an urgent response. Please contact me on 07881 912146 as a matter or urgency to prevent escalation.
