Bin men put neighbours rubbish in my bin and left it

Bin men took rubbish from next doors bins (and but it in my bin that wasn’t full (I am 10a). They piled it high with her rubbish.

They have left all the his and waste blocking the pavement.

Have cctv of them doing it too.
