This is quite an outrageous response to not clean up fly tipping here !? Shall we all just add to it then as it’s nothing to do with you ? Why should residents in this road clean it up ? You are happy to hand out parking tickets in this “unadopted” road but anything else isn’t the councils responsibility ? Shame on you ! How would joe public know who the responsible party is then ? Whilst moaning you should put up some yellow plaques on the lamp posts in this road (that isn’t your responsibility) to make people aware you hand out fines there or better still take down & scrap the no parking 1-2pm zone completely as it’s just a con to take peoples money that are out for a countryside walk. Strange there is no such zone in Barfield Road that is nearer the station so that’s a poor excuse too. You are doing it to make easy money ! Can’t think of any other reason. Time to ask our local MOs view on your actions here maybe ?
