Significant water fro 2 area’s on this manhole, flooding right down between the trees, ruining the whole area around it, is offensive re smell in dry weather ? Pollution, water loss.

This is a drain/ manhole cover in the park, which is expelling water from two area’s they are high jets under pressure, not a trickle and are flooding the surrounding area, water loss possible pollution. It is an area around where people walk, children & dogs. Use the Union road enter point right hand path towards the children’s playground.
