Leaves & rubbish

Reported via mobile in the Leafing category anonymously at 11:34, Wed 28 September 2022

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3854319.

(40-60 THICKET ROAD) The pavements have improved somewhat lately after we (As a collective) complained but the STREETS (AKA THICKET ROAD) have still not been cleared of leaves for a very long time (Many many months) They are looking unsightly, will start to block the drains along the street which is an ongoing issue when the leaves are not cleared, and rubbish is also often left by people who visit the park and drop litter in the kerb from their cars as they leave as they assume the leaves are already piles of rubbish left - The streets are MEANT to be serviced so why has this not happened in a very long time? I speak on behalf of many residents as per usual (40-60 THICKET ROAD)

  • The issue with the above leaves has not been resolved - A street cleaner attended and picked up a few items of rubbish, but the leaves are still all along Thicket Road - Especially between 40-60 - Many thanks
