Photo attached taken 8am Thursday 29 September....

Per Chislehurst Matters:

‘Chislehurst Matters 1 d · Lower Camden – Thames Water have confirmed that they will be starting repairs here tomorrow (Wednesday 28/09). They are expecting the works to be managed under temporary signals initially, but will keep us posted if this changes to a road closure.’

When will Thames Water be undertaking these repair works?

Will they be fined for failing to undertake timely repair and (likely) damage to the public highway given householders face fines for using hosepipes....?
