Unsafe pavement

The pavement outside the Post Office, 1 Sherman Road and Uno Apartments, 1 Sherman Road, has been in a poor state for years and is constantly deteriorating. It's been reported previously however nothing has been done to repair. It is the only section of pavement which has been ignored and poses significate risk to the public. I have today tripped over the manhole, shown in photo, and twisted my ankle making me unable to walk. We recently also had a client trip last week. In winter the holes in the pavement pool with water and freeze causing an even bigger risk to the public. We urge the council to take action before more serious injury occurs.
