Green box on The Avenue - unsecured obstruction

Reported via Android in the Obstruction to Highway category anonymously at 07:47, Friday 30 September 2022

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

This green box at the end of The Avenue has been unsecured for two years. Currently it's lying across the pavement yet again. Open Reach or whoever will periodically return to prop up the temporary red fencing on the grass verge but the damaged box is an unnecessary eyesore, potentially dangerous if it falls and has attracted graffiti previously. Please can the owner be asked to fix it securely to the ground. The current poor quality of maintenance suggests it is been abandoned or forgotten, why does it take two years to fix a green box?
