Wickham Chase - ineffective street cleaning

Wickham Chase needs a thorough clean please. Photos taken at 8:30am this morning after the street cleaners had been.
Please return and clean Wickham Chase properly, please clean the gutters properly, will need a man with a broom. Please pick up the litter on pavement and in gutters, that gets left after the bin collections on Thursday. Please properly sweep the dirt, leaves, detritus from pavement edges where the back onto residential front garden walls. Please remove the litter that sits for weeks in tree pits.
Please don’t mark as fixed until street has been cleaned properly.

Why is there this continual propensity from LBB to lie about whether ‘action had been taken’?
To be clear: nothing has happened.
