Cover required over Virgin Media cables

Reported via mobile in the Pavement Defect category anonymously at 09:42, Friday 30 September 2022

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

Virgin media have re pulled cables from the main box opposite 69 Witham Road SE20 7YB to this junction outside 69. They have removed the top of the manhole and not replaced. I am concerned this could be a potential trip hazard. This has been reported to Virgin Media but I understand it needs to be reported to the council it is on the pavement as well. Thank you

  • Virgin Media responsibility,. Although very low risk of being hazardous, given size and location of access hole as shown, LBB has sent notice to them also.
