Dumper truck loading debris into skip

Reporting yet another complaint regarding the building work that's taking place on clevedon rd and slip road that connects clevedon rd to Royston Rd, today a dumper truck was loading ground work spoils into a skip, the skip ad you can see is parked on the roadway withe the dumper truck loading it via the pathway there are no payment signs say closed, diversion or cordoned of areas, also there is debris on the pavement and when it's wet after rain falling wr walk into our house's . When is Bromley Council going to get involved in this
