LBB land abutting pavement between bus stop and Homebase
Reported via Android in the Litter/Leaves category anonymously at 09:31, Fri 7 October 2022
Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3874139.
I have been communicating with LBB for the past two years about its duty to maintain this land, and more intensively over the past six months. LBB, via officer Keith Poles, has confirmed it owns this land, and has agreed it will maintain and improve it. Now the duty to do so has been passed to another team and Mr Poles does not know who. No progress has been made at all, and no works have ever been carried out, even to remove the broken mini fencing or remove the litter. It's a really depressing sightabd a blight in the streetscape. Please note that ownership is not in dispute and I have correspondence with both LBB and Homebase to prove this. I am a Street Friend. I should not have to resort to FixMyStreet to get this sorted.
