Over filled wheelie bins and rubbish surrounding them

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

In the alley way between Bon Marche and Jennings Betting Office there are a number of over filled green wheelie bins with litter strewn on the ground around them. Not acceptable and very unsightly
