Flytipping near bins

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later

Outside of the William Hill Bookmakers, there is an area for 4 wheelie bins, one of these slots has no bin and is regularly filled with cardboard, old furniture and waste bins.

This needs to be cleaned and a 4th bin provided to stop this from happening in the future.

This has been an issue since March 2023 and has got worse over time.
