Streetlight was working ( but was on for 24 hours a day) for about 3 weeks but has not been working since before Christmas. It is the only light at this end of cul de sac.

THE STREET LIGHTS IN THORNSETT PLACE SE20 7XD ARE NOT FIXED. THE ONE OUTSIDE nO.5 WAS ON ALLDAY AND FIRST PART OF THE NIGHT BUT WENT OFF SOMETIME AFTER MIDNIGHT LONG BEFORE SUNRISE. THE OTHER 2 LAMPS ARE STILL NOT ON AT ANY TIME. THIS NEEDS URGENT ATTENTION AND MUST BE FIXED TO SAVE THE RISK OF ACCIDENTS OR SERIOUS INCIDENTS.

Thank you for this, it is a known fault, a component on the CMS system has failed and needs to be replaced, a new one is currently on order.
