We (the residents) cannot remember when the grass verges around the drive were last cut or leaves cleared. The grass and weeds are now ridiculously long and leaves are constantly blocking drains after heavy rain. One of the downsides of this is that it is extremely difficult to pick up dog mess which is very unpleasant. Can you please give us some idea of when we can expect the problem to be rectfied.
