No leaf clearance this autumn

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 3992637.

There is a considerable amount of wet leaf debris in the road. We have taken lots of bags to the dump and allotment already but the residue is in danger of blocking drains and is becoming a slip hazard. We have had no council leaf collection so far this year.

  • It is now 8th December and we have still seen no leaf clearance. The leaves are now soaking and matted and blocking the storm drains in places. They are also slippery and could be considered a hazard to some road users. I understand that council budgets are stretched and trees in our road are a luxury but we have done our bit by taking loads of bags to the dump - please could someone come and clear the road.
